Can't find api-ms-win-crt-runtime

I had dolphin 4.0 but today I uninstalled it and installed 5.0. Tried to open it and:

it can't find api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll. I don't know wtf is wrong because I have the redistributable.

1) Be sure that you've installed Service Pack 1 for Windows 7

2) Install the Visual C++ runtimes for Visual Studio 2015 -> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

are those automated messages? did you even read my post? I said I have the redistributable/runtimes.
I have the service pack.
I looked at that thread but everyone just said "INSTALL THE SERVICE PACK" or "INSTALL THE RUNTIMES".

Yes, I read your post, and what I told you is the best advice we have for this issue. If you have SP1, make sure you've install that exact runtime I linked to. It's a known problem with 5.0, and devs like Helios have given the correct answer in that thread.
