Can't Edit Game Configs

Yeah, the problem is the function that opens it returns instantly if the editor is notepad++, instead of when you close it. If you click edit config, then close the isorproperties, switch back to notepad++, it'll warn you that the file doesn't exist anymore/was changed, ignore and edit it as you wish.
