can't download latest stable version

When I try to download version 3.0 (by clicking the link on downloads page), it just says "The requested revision does not exist. Please choose a valid revision number."

This is true for Windows 32-bit and 64-bit (I am on 64).

This is the latest stable version right?

Thanks. So, should I use this version, or the latest version from SVN? Which will work better? I am new to this.

Anything to do with SVN is madly outdated by now. Stick to 3.0, or if you're curious about new fixes/improvements, try the Git builds from the download page.
