Can't disable rupee cheat in Wind Waker

Without an in-game save, though, I don't think there's a way to (easily) revert cheats. If you don't have in-game saves, you can make them. Sometimes the process can be a little difficult depending on how you used save states, but LPFaint99 (a Dolphin dev) has posted a.consistent and proven method. Search his posts and you'll find it; he's written it here a couple times.
