I'm using a Billionton GUBTCR42 with the default Microsoft stack in Windows 7 x64 to connect my Wiimote, and even though I have to remove the Wiimote from the list every time I reconnect, it normally connects just fine.
However, when I try to connect my Wiimote using the pairing function in the Wiimote plugin, Windows fails to install the proper HID driver. Not only that, but I get the same problem trying to connect it through the "Add a device" wizard if Dolphin happens to be running, whether I'm playing a game or not. The Wiimote works just fine if I connect it before running Dolphin, though.
No idea why this is occurring, but it's really frustrating having to restart the emulator every time I run out of batteries, so I'd love to see it fixed.
