Can't connect Wii remote.

I am trying to connect a third party wii remote but it won't work! I can connect it to my PC with a bluetooth dongle but when I go into dolphin the remote doesn't vibrate.
Also, the blue blinking lights only stay on for a while after connecting to windows, but they go away after a while.

Also, it uses Wii motion plus, built in.

I noticed it turns off as soon as I let go of 1+2 on the device, even after its synced.

No one? It seems to stay connected now but it wont pair with dolphin.

Use the latest dolphin revision 3.0-204 i think
