Can't Connect Over Netplay

So I'm using dolphin-dc-netplay-4.0-648-x64 and I can host games for my friends just fine, but when I try to connect to there games, I can't get in. They can get into each others games just fine, but I cannot, no matter what I do connect to there netplay games.

It means you have a firewall or router issue that prevents you from port breaking. Try disabling your firewalls and then connecting. If that does not work, your router may be unsupported.
