Exclamation
Hi guys and gals!

I lose all controls if I try to connect more than two controllers. I want to play with two of my friend so I would need three working controllers.

All Three controllers show in the Wiimote menu and that all of them can be set and tested. I can play any game and have control in the main menus with two controller, however, as soon as I connect the third controller, All other ones stop to work. It is then impossible to navigate through the menus or play the game. The issue is fixed if I unplug one of the controller and restart the Dolphin Emulator.

Anyone ever had an issue like that? It occurs no matter which game I am trying to play. All three controller are option are set as Emulated. I use three X360 controllers.

Thanks a lot in advances,
LordAzuRa

I have the same issue too sometimes when I want to play with two friends. Usually spawning Alt+F5, Alt+F6 and Alt+F7 to connect and disconnect the "Wiimotes" helps.
Haven't found any other way to fix it. Usually when we want to play New Super Mario Bros. Wii it can take 5 minutes before every controller is active, sometimes I have to restart the emulator altogether.

Doesn't seems to fix my problem, I am also trying to play New Super Mario Bros on Wii.

ALT+F5 only shows Wiimote 1 Connected, can't disconnect it this way.

Anyone else got that problem?

SOLVED!
Please read this; I've had this problem for a while too, here's how to solve this;
Go to DSP settings>Gamecube
Set Ports 1-4 to STANDARD CONTROLLER
