Can't configure GCPad (Dualshock2->USB adapter), Settings reset to Keyboard/Mouse.

Hi! Everyone!
I have a Dualshock2 -> USB adapter.
I've been trying to set up my pad, it's a PS2 pad with an adaptor. Dolphin detects the pad just fine, even the dual sticks. I'm able to assign all the buttons and stuff, but when I click save and try to play the game, the pad doesn't work, only the keyboard and mouse. When I go back to the settings, these have been reset. I've tried saving the profile, but nothing happens. I've tried different pad imputs... but nothing.
I using: Win Vista 64Bit (Premium SP2), CPU: Core 2 Dual (Intel) 2.53Gh, Ram 3Gb DDR2 (Bus 800) , and DOLPHIN v3.0-201.

I've modified it like the picture below:

But the pad doesn't work, only the keyboard and mouse.
Although all the control buttons on the PS2 pad are identified on the Dolphin v3.0-201, but after conducting save and open the second game:
"NEW SUPER MARIO BROS"
and "Donkey COUNTRY RETURNS" we do not work with PS2 hand, but they only work with only the keyboard and mouse!
Really, I just want to play two games, "NEW SUPER MARIO BROS" and "Donkey COUNTRY RETURNS" on the PS2 pad, and no like playing on the keyboard and mouse!

2: make an xpadder controller profile for your controller
3: assign your keyboard keys to the controller buttons in xpadder
4: assign your assigned keys to dolphin
5: play games using your controller through xpadder :3

I played the second game "New Super Mario Bros." and "Donkey Country Returns" on the PS2 pad via Xpadder program. But only use a PS2 pad, while I add two PS2 Pad to the computer via the Adapter. Who guides me how to play "New Super Mario Bros" that are connected to two PS2 Pad? I want to play New Super Mario Bros with the second guy mushroom in the game! Help me!
