I started using Dolphin today and wanted to make a Mii so I followed the instructions online. When I had to choose my region, I chose Japan since that was the region I lived the closest to. When I loaded the menu, it was in Japanese, but I don't speak Japanese so is there any way to change the language? I changed the interface and system language but none of those worked. I'm fine with having to delete anything cause I don't have any data yet. Any help would be appreciated.

Press the Config icon on Dolphin and then go to the Wii tab. You can change the Wii language there, along some other settings that represent the Wii setting menu (like the aspect ratio or the sensor bar position).

No, that doesn't work with the Japanese Wii Menu. That one only supports Japanese. Deleting your Wii NAND and starting over is the easiest solution. You can do this using the following steps: 1. Open Dolphin 2. Press File > Open User Folder 3. Close Dolphin (important!) 4. In the folder that popped up, delete the Wii subfolder Please note that this will also delete all your Wii save files. |
