I've extracted the files in Wiim's Mario Kart Fun 2018-03.RC1.usa, using dolphin, to a folder. I've then copied Shadows mkw music pack 2.0, replaced 4 files with the instrumental files. I then used WinCDEmu to recompile it. Dolphin does not run the final file though. It is probably a problem with WinCDEmu though as I extracted a regular iso and recompiled it without changes and dolphin did not run it. How to I recompile the file to get dolphin to run it?

I've solved this. If anyone in wondering, use Wiim's ISO tools (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3C5fjBjIP8), extract the MKWii ISO and change the music (look in sound folder) to your own (use the same file format and name). Also use "Patch that BRSAR!" on the "revo_kart.brsar" to make sure the music doesn't cut out. Than compose the file. Done.
