Can't access Wii Shop Channel

I've dumped the NAND from my Wii and imported it into Dolphin, but when I try to access the shop the following attachment pops up.
I followed the nand usage guide, that's how I got the channel to the emulator in the first place.
I've seen in another thread that I need IOS62, but that isn't an option in the NUSD downloader. Is there a different IOS i need?
I also dumped the nand from a Wii that had it's contents transferred to a Wii U if that makes a difference.

You don't need to install anything else since you're using a NAND dumped from a real Wii, which likely already has every system title you need.

Anyway, could you check if you have a keys.bin file in the Wii directory? Also, please try restarting Dolphin after importing a NAND, as some data may not be updated otherwise

It turns out I didn't have the key.bin in the directory. I put it in the directory and it began working. Thank you very much.
