Can my specs run SSBB?

Intel Core Duo 2.66 GHz

AMD Radeon 5500

4 Gigs RAM

It would help if you gave us a specifc CPU model (i.e. mine is an i5-2500K). Regardless, you should be able to play Brawl, but you can expect some slowdowns. Brawl isn't a demanding game, but your CPU is quite old and relatively slow as it concerns Dolphin. If you can deal with some slowdowns, you can still have lot of fun with this game.
