I'm in the process of building a new PC, and these are the components I chose:
Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45
CPU: Intel core i3 3220
RAM: GeIL 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz
GPU: (ASUS) AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB 1000 MHz & 5000 Mhz.
PSU: Corsair 430 Watt
Will this be able to run the emulator at a steady 100% speed rate? It will be my second PC. I have another one with is purely for video editing. Having an i7 3770K, 16GB RAM and a 690 GTX in there which is pretty obvious that it runs it smoothy. But my second PC is significantly lower in hardware, and I'm afraid that the CPU won't perform quite well. I don't think the GPU will have any problems. What do you guys think? I have tested the emulator on an older PC of mine which I took out from my basement. It has a simple Intel Pentium dual core @ 2.5 GHz, 2GB of DDR2 memory at 600 MHz and a simple HD 6570 and it ran (with some performance guides followed through YouTube) about 70% in small areas such as entering a house steady 100% Using GameBooster and the combination of closing explorer.exe it kept at 85% ocassionally jumping up to 100% for a while.
