My PC has an Intel Core i3-3110M @ 2.4Ghz, Intel HD Graphics 4000, 4GB DDR3 of RAM and Windows 10 x64.
Can my computer run most of the games?

Depends on what you want to play. Can you give us a list of games you're interested in?
Your CPU and GPU aren't great, but should be able to handle a good majority of games at near or at fullspeed.
