can my laptop run dolphin emulator?

I would like to know if my HP Pavilion Windows 7 g7 notebook pc with and Intel®Core™ i3 Cpu M370@2.40ghz and 4gb RAM. Using Intel® HD Graphics. Using it for just basic gaming. I can play mario party 6 ok, but my computer temperature gets up to around 70-75c so i was wondering if its ok to continue playing if its getting that hot.

Yeah, decent temps for a microprocessor, 90 is when you should start getting worries although some have their safe zones at 100 even
