I don't know can my computer work with dolphin emulator 3.0 to play Super Mario or not Hope it work

Windows 7 Ultimate x86
Dual-Core E5200 @ 2.50 ghz
2 GB RAM
ATI Radeon 3450 1 GB RAM

Can I play 720p ? Or 480p ?
