Can my computer run the game THE LEGEND OF ZELDA TWILIGHT PRINCESS with the nexts components??

Yes, but that doesn't guarantee it will run at full or even a playable speed. You'll probably get fullspeed in the least demanding areas, playable in most areas, and will struggle with demanding areas such as hyrule field. You may get higher average speeds than this, but that depends on whether your i3 is Sandy Bridge or not. Basically we need the model number, not just i3 3GHz.

I want to buy a Intel Core i3 for my computer which it has 4 gb ram and 512 mb of graphics, and I have found this product

If you want to play more demanding games like super Mario Galaxy, Wii Sports Resort etc., a Core i5-2500k/i5-3750k is the best choice.

Get a GT 430 instead of a GT 520, they cost about the same here in the U.S.A. A GT 520 can only handle 1x IR.
