If anyone can help me, that would be awesome!

Computer: Advent SE 1101

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

Processor: AMD Sempron 140 (2.7 GHz)

RAM: 2GB

Unfortunately I can't find the graphics card and GPU but if anyone can help me with that as well, that would be even better!

Thanks!

Get GPU-Z and run it so you gan get your GPU´s info. You can also find it on DirectX diagnostic program (dxdiag.exe).
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Hmm, dxdiag doesn't seem to say anything about my GPU? But I think it is ATI Radeon 2100?

Never mind. Your CPU will struggle on some small parts of the game. Your CPU is too old.

It has a margin of 0.7 points of advantage against A6-1450 when talking about single core performance. http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-Sempron-140-vs-AMD-A6-1450

What if I overclocked my CPU to run faster?

It still wouldn´t be enough. You´ll be lucky with light-weight games like the one you are interested, but I don´t guarantee that they´ll hit full speed all the time.
