The game draws very much resources from the CPU and graphics card. I can run it at somewhat tolerable framerates if overclocking to 4.1ghz on i7 processor, but occassionally it still drops under 25 or even 20 and becomes stuttery.

my i5 at underclocked to 2.4ghz can play smg perfectly. What I did was that I disabled framelimit, and used audio throttle instead. Or you could leave framelimit to auto but turn off idleskipping because it desyncs the cores.

Playing on 1920x1080 resolution at those settings it still has lag issues in areas with multiple enemies, but playable more or less

wow with JITIL and frame skip set to 4 the game is very playable!!!...just one problem...pull stars dont work..i enabled the setting in the dx9 settings..something like CPU>EFB.but it still wont work!!!!
