These are my specs
Windows 7 64 bit
AMD Phenom II x4 970 3.50 GHz
8 GB of ram
AMD Radeon HD 6670

Are these specs able to run monter hunter tri without lag?

Without lag? Well, in some areas, you'll see FPS drops. To avoid this, you should overclock your CPU Wink

I played the game with x3 435 @ 3.2 ghz and it was perfect. No slowdows at all. But from other side his videocard is much slower than mine was...

You must use a really old dolphin revision
Even so , Monter Hunter Tri is a demanding game and you say no slowdown on an Athlon at all ? Really ?

CPU is the most important for Dolphin
Better GPU -> Higher Resolution
Better CPU -> Faster speed
As long as you're not using some crappy GPU which do not meet dolphin minimum requirement
His GPU can do 1080p fine
