Can I write a controller config file with a text editor?

Hey guys,

I recently got dolphin set up. Recently I've been playing Spore Hero, and the creature creation is awful with the MotionPlus pointing. I've tried setting it up so that I could get it to use either the MotionPlus OR the mouse as pointer input but I can't seem to get it set up. Is there a way I can script an emulated wiimote config?

Yes you can do that. It's a standard .ini file. Here's a random example of one that someone shared.
