can i use without a wiiremote

is there keyboard shortcuts for wiiremote? or is there a way of emulating one?

Do I have to purchase bluetooth dongle and wiiremote too get the emulator working?

Click the big "Wiimote" button on the toolbar, choose the "Emulated Wiimote" input source and configure it.
