As stated on the title. I have 2 HP Motion Controllers. Can I use them to substitute for Wiimote using Dolphin (I am planning to play Super Paper Mario).

As Helios said, you can't, at least not at the moment. Besides Super Paper Mario doesn't rely that much on motion controls, it actually can be mapped to keyboard and mouse nearly perfectly, if that helps...
