Well, I have no idea how you can see if it supports (I know that almost all 3D Smart TVs available at moment are compatible with side-by-side 3D). Try reading the monitor manuals, it may have an overview about supported 3D methods. And before buying anything you could try TriDef 3D trial to see which 3D modes are compatible with current OpenGL/DirectX 11 implementation used in Dolphin builds
Tip: if TriDef 3D ask you to toggle to full screen even when Dolphin already is in full screen it's because of the missing exclusive full screen mode, try other TriDef 3D modes...
