hey guys i ws wondering can i use dolphin 5.0 to stream on twitch cause i know that twitch has a bit of an issue with the emulator

what i mean is that i remember reading that twitch was only allowing a certain version of dolphin or something like that

You're going to need to provide a source for that information. That doesn't make any sense. If Twitch had a problem with Dolphin it wouldn't matter which version you're running. Undecided

EDIT: Also, emulated games are played on twitch all the time. If it were actually a problem then I don't think it would be such commonplace. If you're seriously not sure, read Twitch's terms of service or contact someone there.
