can i run zelda twilight princess?

Nvidia GT 740M
8GB RAM

I have played wind waker with minor problems, sometimes  the FPS just drop... But I restart it, and it come back to normal. But in Twilight, after link return to it's human form, I I couldn't pass 25 FPS(the game runs at 30)... Am I doing something wrong?

Enable the Hyrule Field Speed Hack in Game Properties > Patches (unless you already have done that).
