Hii, guys thanks for your great hard work to making this emulator! im new in this forum so, i wanted to know that i have nokia lumia 920 (but dolphin is not for wp8) and an micromax a63 canvas(today i got this) so below the specification of my a63-
1 dual core 1.3 ghz
2 android jellybin 4.2.2
3 512mb ram
4 4 gb rom !
So can i run this emu at playable speed (in some games)!

Very easy to answer: no
You need a very good desktop computer to run many games will, they won't run at playable speed on a mobile in the next years.

I have core i5 3470k at 3.4 ghz and an gtx680 can it will run it?

this one should work fine (but for some very heavy games) - try to use current development version + ogl backend

Current devlopment version means svn right? And what is ogl backend(maybe opengl right)!

OGL is abreviaton of OpenGL, so yes. And no, development versions are no longer SVNs.
