Pentium Haswell is basically an i3 Haswell without Hyperthreading , lower clock speed , weaker integrated GPU
Pentium G3220 @ 3.0GHz should perform a bit better than i5 4200M @ 3.0GHz (Hyperthreading is useless for Dolphin , sometimes it even decrease performance in Dolphin)
Demanding games are out of the question . Keep in mind that :
