Because as it is, your CPU is too slow, and is a reasonably old architecture.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

You seem to like that setup very much, why don't you build it and get it over with already Tongue

Oh OK
Well a setup like that isn't that expensive so it can't take long to save up for it.

I want that set up, but my computer is too new to justify replacing the mobo and processor. The only option would be to sell them, and my brothers can't afford it, and my dad is satisfied with a pentium d, and no one who'd buy second hand components without the case and hard drive would want mine, as it's barely cheaper than a 2500k with z68.

I'll just have to wait 3 years until I can justify building a completely new computer.

I'd suggest to upgrade that CPU to a 2500K if you're willing to upgrade.
(paired with a P67/Z68 motherboard ofcourse)

My fault I was typing to fast. Yes I meant to say would I be able to play it.

I'd say CPU (which would also require a new mobo)
