Can i run monster hunter tri?

Can i run monster hunter tri and most of the major titles in dolphin?   I want this game runs smooth.

My spec is 


Windows: 8.1
CPU :2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
Ram: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
GPU: Intel Iris 1536 MB

That's really not enough information about your system - there are quite a few 2.4 GHz i5s, and some would be good enough, and some wouldn't.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

Oh... sorry. My fault.   Its  Haswel [color=#000000]Core i5 (I5-4258U).   Its basically  macbook pro retina [color=#000000]2013 late version.  Im planning to run [/color][/color][color=#000000]dolphin in the windows. I wasn't sure if it has enough power to run the games or not...[/color]

I thought all ULV CPUs were bad for dolphin, surprised to see the clockrate goes as high as 2.9
......?????
