Nvidia GT 620 is even worse than i3 4130's integrated GPU : Intel HD 4400
In other word , game will run better if you throw that crap GT 620 into the trash can
I wonder why you did choose that graphic card in the first place
The CPU is on par with i5 3570k @ 4.4GHz in DOlphin Benchmark . So most games should run full speed
The main problem is the GPU , it will hold you back , you can't use high internal resolution

Wow I thought buying an 80 dollar graphics card would be a bit better off than using the integrated graphics card. I guess it shows how little I know about these things XD thanks for the help

80$ ?

Anyway , it's not even worth 20$ to me since it's even slower than my 3 years old low end mobile GPU : GT 540M
You should choose this GPU instead . It's based on latest architecture and almost 9 times as fast as GT 620
