Can I install windows 7 to a 32gb stick? And if yes can I do it using a windows 7 dvd?

By normal means, you can´t.

Again, you´re better off using BootCamp.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

I already said the only way you're going to be booting windows is by installing it to the hard drive.
