Can I run dolphin well

Ok so my specs are
Dual core cpu at 2.8GHZ both supporting sse4.1
I have 4 GIGS of ram btu vista only sees 3.5 so well go with that.
I have a nvidia 9400GT 1GB gpu.
With those specs i think I should be able to achieve a solid fps, but I never do. And I think its either my config or my graphics card. I have my res on 1x and no enhancements so idk if it is my gpu. And I know i have enough processor and ram. Because I've seen little intel atoms(1.6ghz) with 2 gigs of ram on windows 7 get a solid 20FPS so I think it is my config. I've looked everywhere but there is no generalized setting so can someone tell me if it is my computer or if my configurations are probably wrong.

I highly doubt that that even if its something like animal crossing, it seems very unlikely

intel core 2 duo E7400 both at 2.8ghz.
i have sse 1 2 3 3s 4.1 mmx and EM64T

And that solid might have been a bit exaggerated but it was with frameskip and a decent gpu, and now that I've used dolphin they probably had their resolution set really low to play it.
But anyways, I'm trying to play windwaker, Twilight princess, and Super Mario Sunshine. So far I can get a decent 25 on twilight and a solid 30 on sunshine(Even in 720p). But windwaker, even on lowest resolution it gives me trouble.

If I recall WW is very gpu heavy, and a 9400GT is a bit weak even for 1x IR.

I think you need a better video card. But post your settings (screenshots) so that we can be sure.

Disable OpenMP Texture decoder and select EFB Copies to texture, it will cause glitches but you should get more speed

Thank you! I can run All three in2x with a mainly solid 30 and with 1x solid 30.
Just wondering but any games you'd recommend for a not so strong gpu?

Definitely try Time Splitters 2. I swear, even my microwave could play that game. At 1x internal resolution, even the Intel GMA X3100 (super weak) on my laptop can reach full-speed on most places. That games has hours worth of fun built into it too.
