only with some games but not every game, basically for your rig it depends on what games you want to play on dolphin.

You wont get the best performance that dolphin can offer that system because you have 32-bit windows use the 64-bit version

To be honest i would recommended you getting a new pc your specs are not very good for dolphin. Check the FAQ at the top for more information.

The CPU doesn't help, especially since you are using 32-bit windows which Dolphin doesn't support, expect your speed on most games to be very slow
