Hi,Can i run Pokemon XD whit this pc? What config of dolphin you you think its better for this pc?

I doubt you'll get good performance with that cpu regardless of settings.

You have a low power CPU, so you may have trouble running games in Dolphin, because Dolphin relies on singel-core speeds, which low-power CPUs don't have a lot of
