this the specification of my tablet,

OS : v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean)
Chipset : MediaTek MT6589T
CPU : Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex A7
GPU : PowerVR SGX 544MP

I think its OpenGL ES 2....
so pls reply and sorry for my bad English..:-)

No , Mediatek chipsets are out of the question . Even if it run , it would be too weak at performance per core

It does not support OpenGL ES 3, so you would only be able to run software renderer at less than 1FPS most of the time.

That tablet doesn't have the juice to run games anyways ... your best bet would be to buy a tablet that has a bit more clock speed, overclock it, and make sure OpenGL ES 3.0 is supported by the GPU. 2.5+GHz Android tablets will be coming pretty soon with Mali, PowerVR, Adreno 420, and other mobile GPUs that support that. Those will definitely bring Android-ARM emulated Gamecube/Wii games nearer to perfection with Dolphin.
