hi i have laptop hp15 g011sm,spec is:apu 6210 1.8ghz 4 cores,amd rad hd M8570 1gb,4gb ram,can i run tiger woods on dolphin emu,and how can i set lowest settings on dolphin emulator

Probably not without some major slowdown that CPU isnt the greatest.

I seem to remember that the PGA games are kinda demanding. You probably won't get fullspeed, but you'll at least have the best experience using the latest dev builds from here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
