can i play games on emu?

ok, i downloaded dolphin version svn r 4760 x64 from

and update for directx from

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&DisplayLang=en

now it works good till fight start (dragonball) and then screen is blinking

any idea what i need now? do i need anything else or should i change settings? or can someone just send me emulator with good setting and plugins???

which processor do you exactly have?
what dragonball game?

processor intel 2160 @ 1.8 ghz 1.8 ghz, it not about that, game is working good, i just need to remove blinking, maybe i need some new plugins or something, thats why am asking from someone to send me his

ok, i just checked ''use Real XFB'' in graphic settings and now blinking is gone but i got 59 fps but its not going like it has 59 fps, is there any speedhack like there is at ps2 emulator???
