I just updated myself to see how much improvement I would get. On a core 2 duo mobile at 2.26 ghz I'm getting straight 50 fps in dolphin on 3.0 on Super Smash Bros Melee with me and 3 cpus all on lv 9. I'd say it improves performance 5 to 15 fps depending on what game and your system.
