I've noticed that dolphin doesen't take advantage of my SLI and only uses the primary GPU, is there a way to get dolphin to use SLI to increase performance?

There isn't.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1 CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked) GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1) RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333 02-03-2013, 08:46 AM
Chances are, if you have two GPUs capable of SLI, you don't really need better GPU performance for Dolphin.

And how would that help?

AIUI if the drivers don't have a profile for your program you can make one if you want it to use SLI.

And how would that help? Just because you made a profile for dolphin.exe does not mean dolphin will magically start using SLI effectively.
