Can Dolphin Ignore Wiimote???

Hi there

I searched the forum but can't find an answer to my question.

Running Dolphin on Mac and can play Gamecube games but can't get any Wii games to run because it keeps asking me for Wiimote. I have no Wiimote and no Gamepad/ controller. I use my MacBook Pro's keyboard as input. With Gamecube games it's no problem but with Wii games no matter what I press on the keyboard nothing happens and I can't get past the screen where it asks me to plugin & connect the Wiimote.

I tried all possible settings and inputs, nothing works.

Is it possible for Dolphin to ignore Wiimote request by the games? How can I get it to work with just the keyboard?

Is Wiimote 1 in the controller settings set to Emulated Wiimote?

Yes I tried everything. Didn't work.

Any other idea?

Can you post a screenshot of (or type out) the exact message that the game shows you?

Ok I'll do later but there's no error message.

It's just a screen at the very beginning telling me to plugin/ connect the Wiimote and I can't get past it no matter what I press on my keyboard.

Actually I was now able to make it work with New Super Mario Bros. It somehow didn't work with Zelda but I'll try again.

However it is very difficult to play with keyboard.

Is there any way to use an Android phone with the Ultimate Control app game controller with Dolphin? http://www.negusoft.com/index.php/ultimate-control

It happens with Zelda Skyward Sword.

I can't get past that screen as it asks me to connect WiiMotion Plus and some Nunchucks crap.

How can I avoid and pass this?

If the game asks you for a MotionPlus (like Skyward Sword does), there's no way around it. You need to use a real Wii Remote with a real MotionPlus.

If the game just asks for a Nunchuk, you can set that up in the settings for the emulated Wii Remote.

Oh damn it, so I can't play the best game on Wii. Argh.
