Can anyone help me figure out why sunshine still crashes.?

So I've done everything I've possibly can to get the game past the intro on Vulkan but every time it gets to the intro the game crashes with an error saying failed to submit command buffer. I would like to know why it crashes now because it never did that before. And I rolled back drivers and the issue still occurred. So maybe it's something that the developers changed in Vulkan that causes an issue?

Have you installed the latest Vulkan runtime library? It can help with some issues like this if you're only seeing this on Vulkan
