hi guys i have questions
1.i have downloaded new super mario bros for dolphin emu it says FPS:25 but the game is so slow like slow-mo videos
2.can my pc run red steel 2

ati hd 4650 1024mb ddr2
1gb ddr2 ram
inter dual core 2.00 and 2.00
winxp 32 bit
