can ´t play dolphin online ??

I have tried to connect with another player through delfin, following the instructions strictly, but I cannot connect when using the pass-through server mode because my partner gets a window saying "there is already a network server open", please help   :(

Can you really play the dolphin online?

I only find old tutorials on the internet and no information in the forums
