I found this software maybe this is so useful for play wii games on the computer, but now I still didn't try it.

It would be useful if the dolphin develop team colud creat an other software like this.

Yes, I'm using this program for some pc games. You can use your finger to control mouse or keyboard, you can cut the wheel from paper and use it in racing games, I tried it and it works pretty good. You just need a good webcam. I didn't try it in Dolphin yet, by it will probably be a great fun.
If you have a cellphone with Windows Mobile and motion sensor, you can also use it as Wiilot or Nunchaku using GRemote program. It's not as good as a real Wiimote, but it's still very good for pc.
