big lag, almost guaranteed but sometimes this is depending on the game.

Dude are you sure that it will lagg? Becouse my other computer have a ATI Radeon 3800 HD Series, I did use that videocard in this computer for some days, but i still had full speed on my 1920x1080 computer monitor...
So I don't think you'll get alot of lagg if I understand your question right :p

FYI 38X0 is far far more powerful than 4350 ever dream of, it's mainly a htpc card.

Also depends on your cpu. It's a fairly good htpc-type card though, and it will probably not lag even at 1080p resolution given you don't use some age-old celeron processor.

I really doubt that... but eh, let the guy try it himself. I always baffled at a question like this, what's preventing the guy from trying it himself (unless he's asking advice on what GPU to buy).

You will NOT be able to run games in 1080p with that graphics card. My computer has a 4570 and while it runs great at 480p, anything higher than that makes it choke. I dont know how different they are, but I know that the 4570 is stronger than the 4350 so if I cant do it, you definitely cant.
