Hello there!
I exported some weapon textures from the Xbox version of CoD2 Big Red One.
Is it possible to port them into the gamecube version as custom Textures?

yes, there was someone who did exactly that... but he is not allowed to share the pack here for the simple reason that it is not his own IP (he didn't change anything, just renamed the textures).
Check my profile for up to date specs.

I thought that the "texture" pack sharing worked similat to mod sharing....So, you're supposed to publish only "custom textures"?
By the way, the textures (as well as the meshes) are inside some sort of archive (.cod)...Do I need to repack the textures in those archives? Moreover, I noticed that the xbox textures are in .dds, while the gamecube ones are in a sort of proprietary format...does it matter?

I think Dolphin supports DDS format.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

My Bad...
I thought I would have to leave the original file names, instead of renaming the file with the "dumped counterpart" names.
Now it works like a charm.
Thanks!
