....where to start on this. What cooler are you using now? Are you currently using the coolermaster V8 or are you upgrading to it? With a very good air cooler you should be able to hit 3.75 GHz no problem, although it varies from cpu to cpu. You don't want your max temp to higher then 65 C. I can't be completely sure on this since I don't have an I7 920 myself but I believe the stock core voltage will bring you to 3.33 GHz and anything higher than that will require bumping up the core voltage. Do some research on google and you should be able to find the right voltage to use at that clock rate (although that also varies form cpu to cpu).
