I don't know if this issue has already been addressed. Direct me to the thread if there is one.

My problem is that my c-stick, when pressed up and down, is registering as diagonals.

Here is the image of the input when the c-stick is pressed up: http://i.imgur.com/ejw84ie.png

Input for the c-stick pressed down: http://i.imgur.com/7QxK0Zt.png

And this is when the c-stick is in neutral position: http://i.imgur.com/q8cFM0i.png

I am also using the wii u gamecube adapter for this.

If anybody has a solution to this problem, I appreciate it. I just want my inputs accurate to the tee. And i am using Dolphin v4.0.2. Thank you for your responses.

Yes it also occurs in 4.0-5265. For instance, since the neutral position of the stick is slightly left, games like Zelda are rather unplayable because the camera will just be rotating around Link. I have to keep the c-stick slightly right to hold the camera to a halt

Was the C-Stick pushed a little to the left when the controller was plugged into the adapter, or when the adapter was plugged into your computer? That would do this on a real console.

My c-stick was in the neutral position when i plugged it into the adapter. And i tried using all my controllers to test if it was a controller issue. It's not my controllers that are the problem

Try remapping the C Stick left so that it says `Axis Xr-`

This can also be fixed by using Dolphin's native GC adapter support: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=How_to_use_the_Official_GameCube_Controller_Adapter_for_Wii_U_in_Dolphin

Your config is setup wrong; the LEFT on cstick is setup as AXIS Xr+-; you need to make it just -
